There’s been a lot of talk regarding business leadership lately. Many have preconceived thoughts on what it is. Others take the world has to say about the topic as truth. Leadership is very hard to determine with a traditional definition for it is defined in moments that for the most part, can’t be put into words or context. History paints leadership as rough. Today’s world showcases it as intellect and sophistication. But the core of leadership, regardless of era, is intangible bravery. Bravery that produces fear within the leader to push them to the maximum level of performance. Bravery that produces belief and faith in the actions of the leader. Sometimes blind, but always determined and driven by their goals as if it is a light at the end of the tunnel. True leaders walk into the unknown and conquer it without necessarily having a game plan or strategy that has been crafted for weeks. They conquer with bravery, belief and faith.
